We were working on inner child trauma. She was taking a journey to connect and speak with her 6 year old self. I sat cross legged on the floor with 2 crystal singing bowls. I couldn’t make either of them work correctly. The pitch was off, the sound wasn’t consistent or normal. I tried a couple of times and then looked up at her on the table. Her legs were crossed, she wasn’t open to the experience.

I stopped and went over to her. I gently uncrossed her legs and sent her reiki. As I sat back down I already knew that her energy felt more open to the experience. The heart chakra bowl worked as I would have expected but the solar plexus bowl was still off. I focused on the heart chakra realizing that she needed that to open first.

I began to walk her through the journey to meet her inner child. On the journey, she needed to walk through an opening where she would find her inner child. When she got through the opening she began crying. Immediately, the solar plexus singing bowl began to work effectively. I smiled at her as she gently cried and began the healing process.
