ALLOWING CONNECTION

One of the most empowering experiences I have had was allowing myself to belong in a community of people who were all focused on healing. Not only did the frequency of that group shift something inside of me, but the act of addressing self-limiting thoughts that were subconsciously running in the background of my mind was life-changing.

I use the word ALLOW because that is literally what I had to do. I had to make a conscious choice that I was worthy of having a community, that I was worthy of deep connection and belonging. When I gave myself that gift, the universe responded with an abundance of healing and showed me a deeper sense of belonging inside of myself.
