Each month, you will get (10) 60-minute sessions to use individually and as a couple. Each partner will have (4) 60-minute individual sessions per month and then (2) couple sessions per month.  This model allows for each partner to focus on their own healing and personal development while simultaneously deeping their connection with their partner. This focused approach with both individual and couple’s sessions will give you the tools to communicate openly and authentically and find deeper belonging inside of yourself and your relationship. 

All coaching sessions will be held via a Zoom call or in person in Hopkinton, NH.
