The 6-week immersion program includes:
Three 60-minute private 1:1 mentoring sessions with me, via Zoom, over six weeks. Plus a short program with video content to give you the appropriate background and support. I will tailor and select content specific to your unique needs and intentions after our first session together.
This program includes three 1:1 private mentoring sessions with me, and supportive materials tailored to your specific goals and situation, empowering you to discover, navigate, and successfully move forward into the next version of you.

The 3-month immersion includes:
Three 60-minute private 1:1 mentoring sessions with me, each month over the course of three months, via Zoom. Plus access to my signature group coaching program, All Of Me, and a self-paced course I created to help you understand the basic concepts of nervous system regulation using Somatic Healing.
This Immersion program includes three 1:1 private mentoring sessions with me per month for 3 months. It also provides supportive materials, including access to the All Of Me monthly membership and Self-Healing with Somatics (a self-paced course), empowering you to discover, navigate, and successfully move forward into the next version of you.
